Traits: Effects: Glitch effect
The Timerounders, easily identified by their *glitch*. Stories claim they dabbled in time travel between dimensions and parallel universes, and in the process of returning there was an interruption that led to a split, causing their glitch. No one ever asked and none of the timerounders have volunteered to provide the information. However, bright lights are sometimes seen from their city before it goes eerily quiet for awhile.
